Located along the Tennessee River in the heart of downtown Chattanooga, the 112 acre industrial and office campus is the site of the next major commercial real estate development in the City. The former GE / Alstom nuclear boiler manufacturing plant was acquired in May of 2018 under a new partnership, West End Property, LLC. Plans to redevelop much of the site include retail, restaurant, office, and recreation. The more modern facility, renovated in 2009 and known as the Blue High Bay Buildings, will remain industrial due to the state-of-the-art infrastructure available to a future user.

The building (James Building) and our space are always clean and well-kept, they've invested in good amenities like the fitness center, and any maintenance issues are always addressed quickly. Overall, they're responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
We had the fortune to work on an Urban Story project recently and wanted to leave a review. As a small business owner, clients come in all varieties, but Urban Story was one of the best to work for, by far. They were concise in their expectations and schedule, while still being easy to communicate with on a day to day level.
