We Take Chattanooga Commercial Real Estate Development to New Places

Urban Story Ventures is committed to the strategic acquisition and innovative redevelopment of Chattanooga commercial real estate. Our aim is to produce useful spaces for businesses and individuals to thrive.

The Bend plan reimagines a future for a site that was once the center of industry and prosperity in Chattanooga for over 100 years. It will be a complete neighborhood where people can live, where creative professionals can work, where people can come to be entertained, enjoy public spaces, and connect with the waterfront. As Chattanooga's next great neighborhood, The Bend is for everyone. It will be a place for communities to connect, share experiences and build culture.

Originally built in 1953 for TVA, the 85,000 square foot Edney Building currently anchors Chattanooga’s Innovation District. Now boasting ten floors of office and retail, plus a crowning rooftop event space, The Edney Innovation Center serves as a connecting point, support base, and catalyst for the area’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

In 2015 Urban Story Ventures partnered with Green Real-Estate Group, LLC to develop a five-story, 60 bed, urban housing project located in the heart of Chattanooga’s burgeoning urban core. The project, known as VINE 422 is located at the intersection of Vine and Houston Streets in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee. VINE 422 (now known as The Edge apartments) is centrally located in the newly created Vine Street corridor.

1000 Riverport Road in Goodlettsville, TN is a former retail space available now for conversion. The building has three floors of premium retail space with superior infrastructure and ample parking. Just 10 minutes away from downtown Nashville, this building is also highly accessible and visible from the highway.
