In 2015 Urban Story Ventures partnered with Green Real-Estate Group, LLC to develop a five-story, 60 bed, urban housing project located in the heart of Chattanooga’s burgeoning urban core. The project, known as VINE 422 is located at the intersection of Vine and Houston Streets in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee. VINE 422 (now known as The Edge apartments) is centrally located in the newly created Vine Street corridor.
The Chattanooga commercial development consists of one, two, and three bedroom apartments, featuring plank flooring, designer kitchens and a full appliance package, including a washer and dryer for each unit. Amenities include water/sewer, trash removal and once monthly cleaning services. The shared community space includes a fire-pit and outdoor grilling area, unique bike rack, as well as assigned parking. The ground floor of the building boasts a dine in Mediterranean restaurant.
